(a) The acute inflammation degree of RAW264.7 induced by lipopolysaccharide was reflected by measuring nitric oxide production. (b) Effects of resveratrol on the activity of RAW264.7. Resveratrol showed cytotoxicity at 16 and 32 μmol/L. The concentration of nitric oxide was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits, and the measurement of cytotoxicity in resveratrol-treated RAW264.7 cells was performed by methyl thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide method. The data are expressed as the mean ± standard error per group versus blank control group (*P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01)
