Figure 3: The effect of fucoxanthin on intracellular reactive oxygen species generation was assessed with A2780 cells by using Dichloro-dihydro-fluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) staining. A photomicrographic image reveals increased ROS generation in 20 μM of fucoxanthin- and 2 μM of doxorubicin-treated A2780 cells indicates deep Dichloro-dihydro-fluorescein (DCF) fluorescence intensity.
