Figure 1: Effect of simvastatin (Sim) on lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide generation in microglial cells. Microglial cells pretreated with compounds for 30 min, and then 0.1 mg/ml of lipopolysaccharide was added and cultured for 24 h.
